The notion of sustainable health, according to the WHO, is anchored in a global vision of the individual and his environment and covers physical, mental and social health. This is maintained through healthy and fulfilling living conditions using responsibly used resources. Cultural activities could therefore be an excellent way to promote sustainable health. This application was designed by physiotherapists from the Haute École de Santé de Genève, in collaboration with the Ariana Museum. It aims to show how cultural and artistic activities can benefit physical, mental and social health. The application offers a discovery of the Ariana Museum and its park through three thematic walks that combine culture and activities beneficial to health. For each theme, you can choose a contemplative (45 minutes) or active (1h15) level. On the map, follow the points of interest to gradually discover the walk.Illustrations produced by XELA, texts and audio content read by storytellers will accompany your journey. Some points of interest will offer you the opportunity to take part in a quiz, games or to discover the work or the tree that corresponds to your personality. This application offers an original and innovative solution to combine culture and health. We wish you a good discovery.
